Does DROIDAX offer a warranty on their products?
Yes all DROIDAX products come with a 12 month warranty against defects in material and workmanship. In the event that such a defect occurs, DROIDAX will repair or replace the product at its discretion free of charge. Any product that is no longer available and cannot be repaired will be replaced with a comparable product at the company's discretion. This warranty extends only to the product's original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use of the product or accidental damage to the product. To process your warranty claim we will require a copy of your proof of purchase and a RMA number which can be obtained by filling in an RMA request found on the DROIDAX website. Under no circumstance will DROIDAX liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.


Can I return a product if I do not like it or change my mind?
DROIDAX only accepts returns if the product you have purchased is faulty and covered under the terms of the warranty. Products cannot be refunded or returned if you change your mind.


How do I return a product to DROIDAX?
If you are not satisfied with your DROIDAX purchase, you can return your order within 14 days of the purchase date. Returned goods must be in original condition and in the original box and/or packaging. Once your return is received your refund will be processed less a 15% restock fee.

What payment methods are accepted?
DROIDAX accepts payment by Paypal only. We are in the processing of working on getting Credit Card facilities for the U.S and expect to have this soon. You can still use your credit card to pay using Paypal. For more info please visit www.paypal.com.


Where are you located?
Our head office is located in Adelaide, Australia. Our U.S fulfilment centre is located in Frankfort, MI.


How is my purchase sent to me?
All DROIDAX purchases are sent via FedEx Ground or USPS Airmail depending on the product. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch from our warehouse. USPS Air Mail shipments do not have tracking numbers.


Do you ship all over the world?
Currently we only ship to the U.S, Canada and Australia. Other locations will be added soon.

Where possible your order will be dispatched from our warehouse the same day or the next business day you place your order.


How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on its destination. On average you should receive your package within 2-5 business days depending on the location.

Can I organize overnight delivery of my order?
There is an option for FedEx overnight delivery in your ecart. For rush deliveries please use this option.
